SECOND AUCKLAND ART MEETING 24-25 NOV

Postby PaperX on Tue Nov 13, 2007 11:55 pm

Well, the last meeting was a blast! and since Tom (fish_cakes) is coming up again from Christchurch on the weekend of 24th Nov, I figure we should have another one :)

I'm starting this thread now so unlike last time where we planned everything like the 2 days before the actual meeting, this time we'd actually be more organised

So yeah...post your thoughts or ideas as to what we could do, sign up to come along (LOOK AT THE DATE THIS TIME LUCKYDESIGN :P), discuss, etc etc in this thread.

I'll update the first post accordingly with info as we go along.

Anyways my suggestion was that I bring along an anime movie (i guarantee its good) that we could watch on Sanjana's (visionspring) apple cinema display (u lucky person :P)...but tom reckons people might wanna chat more so...

....i think it depends on how long the meeting will go for anyway, lot of you guys/girls will probably have jobs or other things so im not sure i can just set a time on this...so.....

GIVE SOME INPUT EVERYONE! 8)

We have to buy stuff at Starbucks, though... :?

And we can't play Pictionary unless it's ok with Sanjana and Cornelius that we invade their home again, lol.
I have to say they were pretty generous and trusting to just let a bunch of strangers into their house.

This sounds fun. I'm all for meeting new people. Is this a sketchbook thing? Hanging out sounds cool too.
